Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 7 - 10 business days

Before we ship out your order, we run strict quality-control tests, set your personalized stone and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the shipping time. It normally takes 5 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Shipping Time: 7 - 12 business days for Standard shipping, 5-7 business days for Express

Shipping time is based on business days, and is estimates only. This do not include delays caused by shipping couriers, busy sale periods, credit card verification processes, customs inspection, public holidays & any other delay outside of our control.

Despite our best efforts to contact you, we may still be unable to ship out the item / process a refund. Customs Fees:

Geme is not respinsible for customs fees and duties. We are not able to process any modification to your order while the package is with customs. If you have concerns about potential customs fees and duties, we recommend you reach out to us before placing an order.
